Summer vacations – not only recommended, but necessary!

To treat the shortage of summer rest, a common disease among hard-working people, we offer You a new tourist attraction in Saaremaa!

Those lacking summer rest experience anxiety, fatigue and loss of appetite or vice versa, unstoppable gluttony. These symptoms make even the healthiest and productive members of society feel dull and distressed.
That’s where the historical wooden sailship Hoppet mixed with soothing nature of West Estonian archipelago rushes to the rescue. Salty sea waves and the juicy scent of junipers are key ingredients for the ultimate summer vacation.

Every Wednesday, Hoppet sails to a small island named Abruka, right below Kuressaare.
The ship sets sail from Kuressaare, Raiekivi road (opposite the yacht harbour, across the bay) at 10.30 and returns approximately at 17.00.

The package includes Kuressaare-Abruka-Kuressaare ticket, a rich refreshing meal and warm drinks. You can enjoy yourself in the spacious ship’s salon and cabins can be given for little children. Courageous ones may have the chance to climb up the mast with a safety harness. The ship is open for vacationers during the entire presence in Abruka.

For the best experience we suggest wearing seaworthy sportswear and bringing your own sailor snacks. Well-behaved seadogs are allowed on board.
